Tartuffe

Description: I created an AR iOS app in Unity to display the assets developed for the AR short called Tartuffe. This involved using the Unity ARKit Plugin, which is essentially a C# wrapper for Apple’s ARKit.

I faced challenges porting the assets that were originally made for desktop to work on mobile. I also built a UI and designed a user experience to display 4 other scenes that are not documented in the above video. Using ARKit’s lighting estimation the shadows are real-time computed based on the environment around. This was the first project, of many where I solved many linker errors, I’d say that is where a lot of the time went working on this project.

This AR app was used in funding conversations the CEO had with investors. I wasn’t there when it happened but they said it had a desired “wow” effect.
